Personality and the Impact on Performance
Think about the last time you watched an elite athlete compete, regardless of if they won or lost. There’s no question what they did with their body, the skill and athleticism they displayed, was impressive. But what you don’t see is what’s going on between their ears.

Start of the Season
TeamQ provides measurable, objective, personality, communication, and leadership data on players and coaches to more efficiently establish and work within a culture of high performance.

MISS vs. MAKE – Leveraging Comparative Personality Data for Enhanced NFL Draft Strategies
Our goal at TeamQ is to help organizations understand the mental makeup of their draft prospects — from at the top of the draft through free-agency — to build the most competitive, cohesive roster. We can help organizations find the needle in the haystack that becomes the next All-Pro (re: someone like Kurt Warner).

how TEAMQ gives you the edge
Our goal at TeamQ is simple and straightforward: We want to help you build healthier and higher-performing athletes, staffs and teams. Now, let us explain how we do it.

Super Bowl 2024 Pre-game Analysis: Leadership Dynamics
At TeamQ, we bring objectivity to the metrics that matter between the ears when it comes to winning a championship. We know physical skills are important, but at this level all players are exceptional. We want to understand who has the mentality to win on the day when it matters most.

Our Why
It was my fifth year in the NFL and I could not stay healthy. Mentally, I was done, and it was obvious. A sport psychologist changed my life, extending my career. If we can create a space where the psychology aspect is used for athletes we can get buy-in and ultimately set them up to be successful on the field, on the court, and afterward, when they’re done playing. TeamQ provides the data needed to help create and change that space.

I am Chris Spencer
I had what most people would call a successful NFL career. But I know I could have achieved more, should have achieved more. I think a lot about, what did I need as an athlete? What would have helped me? That’s why I created this company, TeamQ.
